My name is Sarah Allen, and I am a West Salem native. In 2011, I graduated from Globe University with an associates degree in Applied Science in the program of Massage Therapy from Globe University. During my schooling I was trained in a variety of modalities which I use in my practice today. These include: Hot Stone, Swedish massage, Deep Tissue/Trigger Point Therapy, Sports Massage, Myofascial Release and Cranial Sacral. In 2013, I ventured to Denver, Colorado to be taught by the founder herself, Ruthie Hardee in Barefoot Ashiatsu Oriental Bar Therapy. I worked extensively to develop the training and skill I use in my practice, and receive Certification. In 2016, I combined my passion for natural healing with my passion for horses, and became an equine therapist. When I'm not working, I either spend time with family, golf, travel or ride horses.
I grew up in La Crosse, Wisconsin, graduating from Western Technical College in 2011. I worked at a local Salon and Day Spa in La Crosse for 5 years and began working independently in 2016. I have over 7 years of experience as a Licensed Massage Therapist. I am certified in Swedish Relaxation, Deep Tissue, Prenatal, Hot Stone, and Reflexology techniques. I am detail oriented and take pride in my clients health. My mission is to provide immediate relief, relaxation, and knowledge on continued health.
