My name is Sarah Allen and I am a West Salem native. In 2011, Sarah graduated from Globe University with a associates degree in applied science in the program of massage therapy from Globe University. During her schooling she was trained in a variety of modalities which she uses in her practice today, these include: Hot Stone, Swedish massage, deep Tissue/trigger point therapy, sports massage, myofascial release and cranial sacral. In 2013, Sarah ventured to Denver, Colorado to be taught by the founder herself Ruthie Hardee in Barefoot Ashiatsu Oriental Bar Therapy. Where Sarah spent four days developing the training and skill set to use within her practice today as well as receiving her certification. In 2016, Sarah then continued her passion of the art of natural healing along side her passion for horses and became an equine therapist. When Sarah is not working she is either spending time with her family, golfing, traveling & horseback riding.
I grew up in La Crosse, Wisconsin. Graduated from Western Technical College in 2011. I worked at a local Salon and Day Spa in La Crosse for 5 years and began working independently in 2016. I have over 7 years of experience as a Licensed Massage Therapist. I am certified in Swedish Relaxation, Deep Tissue, Prenatal, Hot Stone, and Reflexology techniques. I am detail oriented and take pride in my clients health. My mission is to provide immediate relief, relaxation, and knowledge on continued health.
