'OHANA procedures

1. Payments and fees are due in full at the time of registration or before class starts.

2.  No student is allowed entry after the start time of class. Please allow yourself enough time to arrive and get situated. Arrival past start time may result in a forfeit of your reserved space.

3. In order to maintain a safe teacher/student ratio, we may limit the number of students per class.  Signing up means you are reserving a spot with a yoga instructor. Please be respectful when signing up for classes. If  you do not plan to attend, this may be taking an experience from another student.

4.  No shoes allowed in studio. Leave your worries and your shoes at the door.

5.  No cell phones allowed in the studio. Ringing cell phones can be very disruptive.  Please allow yourself to be "unplugged" while you are here.

6. No pets allowed in studio. As much as we LOVE our four legged friends, we ask that you keep them at home.

7.  Please be conscious of perfumes, oils and lotions, as this may be disruptive to the yogi friends next to you.

2. EARLY BIRDS (5:30am)- We require 3+ students to attend , and be signed up by 9pm the evening prior.  Low numbers will result in cancelation of the morning class.  Best effort will be made to inform clients of a cancellation, but we suggest checking the class schedule the morning of, before heading out to 'Ohana.

3.  A class MUST HAVE 3+ people signed up in attendance at least 2 hours prior to start time in order for class to be held. In addition to the daily 3+ policy, a class time must have 3+ people in attendance consistently for 4 weeks. If class fails to reach attendance quota it may be subject for change or removal. This is to ensure we are offering classes that appeal to everyone and energy is being omitted and obtained.

Annual Contracts- All contracts (memberships)- If you choose to terminate the annual or family membership before the original date of expiration you will be subject to a termination fee of 60 days of the membership cost. Covid Precautions

As we empathize with the increasingly unpredictable state of our world, ‘Ohana is committed to keeping our environmental standards at its highest level of safety. Here’s what you can expect while in our space:

  • UV-1 Sanitation - UV1 is a modern advancement used to eradicate all unwanted micro-organisms.

Approved by the FDA to clear COVID remanences (and everything else) from air + surface.

  • Hypochlorous Acid- Created from Kangen Water Ionizing system, this cleaning agent is powerful and safe for human contact. It was featured in the News for its effects on COVID but due to the 9 day shelf life can not be sold in stores. We are lucky enough to have access to this wonderful concoction to sanitize our space after EVERY class.

  • TEMP Check- Ohana checks the temperature of every human participating in the Yoga offerings.

  • Sage- Burned before and after each class. Sage is not just a “hippy dippy groovy smell, man” it offers protection against bacterial and viral infections and is as effect BUT much safer than lysol and other major cleaning products with harmful chemicals.

  • Diffuser- During each class thee Young Living Diffuser will be running with a special blend of Tea Tree Oil, Thieves and Frankincense, to add a little air purification.

  • Masks- This is a tricky one and in honor of transparency here we go… ‘Ohana is giving the choice to the members. Some prefer to wear them, some do not. Because of the heightened cleaning precautions we feel confident and safe in our methods, knowing we are doing all we can to create a safe environment in a very unfamiliar time. If no mask is a deal breaker for you, ask which classes tend to be masked up and which classes tend to not, this way .you can find your vibe where you feel most comfortable! Please know we care deeply for all humans not just the ones in our space and want to please everyone in a time that is impossible to please everyone.

  • LOVE + ABUNDANCE- High usage of love and abundance so each time you step foot into our space you can be surrounded with intentional energy to help you find center in a lop-sided reality.
