Policies and Procedures

Clients are solely responsible for reading and following our guidelines to ensure an enjoyable practice.  By attending class you are agreeing to our guidelines and policies.

'OHANA PROCEDURES

1.) Payments and fees are due in full at the time of registration or before class starts.

2.)  No student is allowed entry after the start time of class. Please allow yourself enough time to arrive and get situated. Arrival past start time may result in a forfeit of your reserved space.

3.) In order to maintain a safe teacher/student ratio, we may limit the number of students per class.  Signing up means you are reserving a spot with a yoga instructor. Please be respectful when signing up for classes. If  you do not plan to attend, this may be taking an experience from another student.

4.)  No shoes allowed in studio. Leave your worries and your shoes at the door.

5.)  No cell phones allowed in the studio. Ringing cell phones can be very disruptive.  Please allow yourself to be "unplugged" while you are here.

6.) No pets allowed in studio. As much as we LOVE our four legged friends, we ask that you keep them at home.

7.)  Please be conscious of perfumes, oils and lotions, as this may be disruptive to the yogi friends next to you.

8.)  All 'Ohana contract members must keep an updated credit card on file or their account will be considered inactive.

CANCELATION POLICIES

To keep peace within the Ohana Community and to ensure class times and attendance operate efficiently, we ask that all students read and comply with our cancellation policies.

1.) In case life gets the best of you, we ask you cancel your reserved space in a timely manner to allow another yogi to take your place.

2.)EARLY BIRDS (5:30am)- We require 2+ students to attend , and be signed up by 9pm the evening prior.  Low numbers will result in cancellation of the morning class.  Best effort will be made to inform clients of a cancellation, but we suggest checking the class schedule if you are an early bird.

3.)  If any class has less than 3+ people in attendance consistently for 4 weeks class may be subject to change or be removed from the schedule.  We are want to provide the best classes for the most people.
